In this report released by the US Congress during the Quad conference, it is clearly said that all the organizations are running from Pakistan.

India is the target of five out of 12 terrorist organizations operating in Pakistan. These include Lashkar and Jaish. The remaining seven are foreign terrorist organizations. According to the report of the American organization Congressional Research Service (CRS), American officials have identified several operational bases and militant groups of terrorists in Pakistan.

In this report released by the US Congress during the Quad conference, it is clearly said that all the organizations are running from Pakistan. These are five different types of terrorist organizations, which target Kashmir of India. Some target the world, some Afghanistan. The other two are carrying out terrorist attacks on Pakistan and the Shia community.

Parliament attack organization also
Lashkar-e-Taiba: designed as a global terrorist organization in 2001. In 2008, the same terrorist organization attacked Mumbai.
Jaish-e-Mohammed: Formed in 2000. The founder was Masood Azhar. He had a hand in the 2001 attack on the Indian Parliament.
Harkat-ul-Jihad-Islami: Formed in 1980 in Afghanistan. Since 1989, this terrorist organization has started attacks in India.
Hizbul Mujahideen: Founded in 1989 allegedly as an Islamic party of Pakistan. Declared a global terrorist organization in 2017.
